JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager – Cabinet to lead trade-driven marketing and B2B digital campaigns for the U.S & Vietnam market, while building a go-to-market blueprint that can later be scaled and adapted for the Vietnam market. This role works closely with the Country Manager, ensuring all trade marketing and digital initiatives are aligned with market priorities, sales strategy, and operational readiness. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong IMC agency (Account) background who want to move closer to business, trade, and system-based marketing, rather than consumer branding.
1. Trade Marketing
- Develop and execute trade marketing programs for the US cabinet market, in close coordination with the Country Manager
- Develop POSM, dealer / builder kits, and support trade shows & showrooms.
- Ensure consistent messaging around system-based selling, reliability, and ease of deployment.
- Align closely with Sales and Operations to ensure materials are practical and market-ready
2. Digital Campaigns – Plan & Execute (B2B Trade-focused)

Plan and propose:
- Trade acquisition campaigns (dealer / builder onboarding)
- Trade activation campaigns (inventory availability, SKU focus, lead-time advantages).
- Trade education campaigns (how the system works, how to order, how to deploy)
- Manage website and B2B portal content with a conversion-focused mindset
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
3. Market Owner & Blueprint Provider
- Act as the marketing owner for the U.S. & Vietnam cabinet market, in alignment with the Country Manager/National Sales Manager
- Standardize campaign frameworks, funnel logic, and trade messaging
- Document best practices and lessons learned
- Transfer knowledge and blueprints to support future Vietnam Cabinet go-to-market initiatives
4. Governance & Decision-Making
- The Assistant Marketing Manager leads planning, coordination, and execution of trade marketing and digital campaigns
- Final decisions on market priorities, campaign directions, and go-to-market initiatives are confirmed by the Country Manager
- Strategic alignment and brand governance are coordinated with the Marketing Manager

Education

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in: o IMC agency roles (Account Manager/Senior Account Manager) or Trade Marketing / B2B Marketing
- Strong experience managing integrated campaigns and external vendors
- Structured, business-oriented mindset
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with sales teams and various stakeholders
- Proven expertise in content strategy and brand management, bringing a sharp eye for quality and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, analytics), leveraging data, using AI to make informed decisions
- Excellent in English and Vietnamese to cater to both local and international markets.
- A strong drive for self-development and a willingness to learn and grow continuously
- A creative yet business mindset with a sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability, consistently aligning actions with company values and delivering on commitments.
